To sell your property for a rent back option, simply call us and we will discuss your situation and the details of your property. We will request the basic details of your property and aim to capture as much information as possible to help us make a decision on the price we would offer. We normally plan to provide an offer instantly over the phone, if we feel we have sufficient information about the property. The offer will be provisional, but will generally give you a good idea of what can be achieved.

We will also discuss your rental requirements and propose to offer market rental valuations to help you stay in the same property once it has been sold.

Once you accept the offer, we will ask you to sign an agreement to gain your commitment to sell your property to us, so that we can start on the purchasing procedure.

We will instruct an official market valuation to be carried on the property just to confirm market price. The valuation will be done by an independent RICS surveyor. Once the market valuation is confirmed, we will proceed o the exchange and completion process.

The purchasing procedure is relatively straightforward to follow. Since the sale is direct, all that is left to do is for our solicitors to prepare the contract for exchange and then the completion.
